A sold-out Seattle night, Ann Arbor plans, and a sneak peek

Fall continues to be busy for us at BDC, with events in Seattle, Charlotte and Ann Arbor and a founder trip to NYC in November.

Seattle, you showed up

Our first Mahjong Mondays at The Collective in South Lake Union sold out. We had longtime players and brand-new learners, with a lot of neighbors meeting for the first time over a set of tiles (looking at you, West Seattle). Sara and Kate of BAM Collective led the 101 class. Mahjong Mondays is now monthly. The next one is November 16.

Ann Arbor and NYC

Our very first event was at Literati Bookstore in Ann Arbor, so we’re thrilled to be heading back on October 27, this time with the Ann Arbor Mahjong Club. And in November, all four of us will be in New York City, hoping to play in person.

Sneak peek: Help Yourself

A first look at something new. Help Yourself reads your rack and shows you the hands you’re closest to and how many tiles you still need. Great for learning the card, or for any messy rack. Coming soon to the app.

Bam Dot Crack en español

A Spanish version of the app is in the works. If you play in Spanish and want to help us get the wording, calls and details right, email hello@bamdotcrack.com.

Help us grow

We’re on TikTok now. Reposts, comments and shares go a long way for a small team. And if you love the app, a quick review on the App Store or Google Play helps other players find us.
